1st day of Syawal

1st day of Syawal was the most happiest day of my life,

i get to c almost everyone of my family..

that day i alone (no reason)couldn't make it for Hari Raya prayer..

my other siblings did go including my dad..
but i did manage to get a leave from work..

yup.. suppose to work on that day but took an advance leave.

this year we visit my dad's family side 1st followed

by my mom's family cause my grandma was

discharge for that particular day only..

she have to return to the hospital before 7pm

due to medical problem..

if your wondering why, do read my previous post..

back to that 1st morning of syawal,

woke up,

took my "mandi raya", bathe actually..

wait till my dad and sibs get home from the prayers..

i think they visit grandpa grave too..couldn't remember..

after returning..

me mom & sis got ready

and what happen before we leave for granny's house

is what we must do every year.. FORGIVE sincerely..

didn't know my 2ND brother took this..

anyway thanks..

yesh.. this year color theme for me is yellow

oh ya.. I'm proud to say i did a full 30days Fasting..

trust me.. this year was a challenging one..

to lead my team, serve the nation(ceh)

i couldn't be patience.. but i did..

visiting rules number 1 - VISIT ELDERLY 1st then comes the young ones

arriving to dad's family side 1st..

I'm glad to see all(including my dad's younger brother with his family who's been MIA)

was there to see my grandma

who was discharge awhile..

visiting rules number 2 - DO EAT THE FOOD PROVIDED..

it comes only once a year.. ha ha..

yesh.. RENDANG, ketupat etc..

glorious food after fasting for a month..

anyway, there was alot catching up to do that day..

i miss my cousins..

mostly married..become FATHER AND MOTHER already..lol

some completed their diplomas,

2 of them received their degrees..

we spent half the day at my dad's family side..

after that we proceed to my mom's place..

arrived late but still enough time

to ask for forgiveness from my grandparents..

my uncle&aunty was still there waiting for us..

oh well.. that's was the 1st day though..
